Terms and Conditions

● Bookings are from Saturday until Saturday.  The Cottage is to be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.  On the day of arrival we ask you to arrive after 4pm.

● A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking.  The outstanding balance is required to be paid in full 4 weeks before date of arrival.

● If for any reason you are required to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will endeavour to re-allocate the cottage.  If we are unable to re-allocate the cottage monies received by us will be forfeited.

● After you have made your booking in the unlikely event the Cottage has become unavailable through circumstances out with our control we will endeavour to find you alternative accommodation.  If this is not possible all monies paid to us (including deposit) will be refunded to you in full.

● The owners of the Cottage reserve the right to have access to the Cottage with prior notice whenever possible.

● The Cottage is maintained to a high standard and the owners reserve the right to charge for any damage to the property or its contents.

● It should be noted that the Cottage is a no smoking establishment.

●  Sorry pets are not permitted.
